This unique historic town welcomes over 40 local demonstrating artists who will line Front Street with colorful art and demonstrate their work. Enjoy meeting and talking with local artists. All the while surrounded by the spectacular beauty of the mountains. While Church Street will be sectioned off for food booths. You still will be able to find craft and art works from hundreds of artists within its few blocks,

Dillsboro a longtime artisan community, is located on the banks of the Tuckasegee River. The town has been a tourist destination since the late 1800s. Back then many visitors arrived by train, and they still do today on the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad from an excursion from Bryson City.

Dogwood Crafters should be your first stop! This craft cooperative features over 100 mountain artists with an amazing array of items packed into their log store. Friendly volunteers will help you navigate the many rooms. It's been there since 1976.
